Proof of Insurance is required for all storage units. If you do not have Renter's or Homeowner's Insurance to protect your stored property, you may purchase Contents Insurance starting at $9/month.  

If you are storing a vehicle, boat, motorcycle, etc, we require separate Proof of Insurance for those items.  We also require title and registration in the name of the person renting storage. 

We do not have outside parking spaces for trailers or motorhomes. 

Waiting List Tips:

  • Please provide a phone number AND valid email address when you add your name to our waiting list. This ensures you receive the quickest notice of vacant or upcoming units.  
  • We will send a group email (we "bcc" all email addresses for privacy) to everyone on the waiting list for the same size of unit.  We might also follow up with phone calls. 
  • It is then first-come-first-served to whoever responds first.  We do this because often people will get on the waiting lists for several facilities, and they have already found another unit.  The longer someone has been on a waiting list, the more likely they have found another unit.  
  • We reserve the right to remove a name from our waiting list if we email and/or call regarding vacant or upcoming units and do not receive a response from you.
